The work for me is not complete to date (July 6, 2026). A necessary rear bumper bracket/brace was either misplaced or not ordered. I expect that I will be notified when the part arrives and an install scheduled. That will bring a higher score if/when that occurs

A 10 for the front office and estimator. Very impressed that there was not a charge for the estimate. Gerber charges $100.00 for an estimate...they did not get my business
