I'd throw in caveats about the pre/post scan and the customer service.
Repair Quality - 4.0/5.0 -
Would have been nice if they offered us a pre and post scan even if insurance wouldn't pay (insurance will pay if damage is in area with sensors and they'll part typically 1/2 hour) but we were just told that they wouldn't so they didn't bother trying or even offering to do it for a out of pocket charge. We were already paying out of pocket for some items, so why not ask to include this. It's almost free money just to run the scans. Then we at least would have a baseline of any other issues. During the first conversation we asked about having non accident related work done and the person doing the appraising just tried to convince us not to do it. Not sure why you're trying to scare away money. So far work appears to be satisfactory, but note there is a noise that's new to the car. Again, pre/post scan would have been nice so we could know if there may be mechanical work needed.

Same as before. I Would suggest Not being so negative when folks are aging to give you additional work. If there is something that's being asked that is not cost effective enough for you to do, maybe just say that. Alternately, I'm sure plenty of people ask then skip the bill or have you write an estimate and run, but I have to imagine that's part of doing business in that kind of work. Alternately, if this sort of thing happens often, maybe offer an estimate fee if the customer doesn't get work done there.
