All in all a great experience. Took a long while to get the car in to be fixed, but that is to be expected with a shop that does good work. Only negative was the s rew up regarding the rental. Repair was going to take extra time, but insurance either wasn't notified, or they were and dropped the ball.

They are polite & do very good work. They don't rush jobs just because someone needs their car back & they will keep the customer updated if the customer asks to be.

The parking lot is awful. My husband damaged our older car in it twice. Also, other people driving in it are downright dangerous. I don’t know if it was an employee or what, but I think he thought whatever he had to do was more important than life itself.

Took forever but probably waiting for parts. Truck had sticky material on a couple of handles...not sure what that was. The walk-through was basically a key hand-off. Seems the work was done but the customer service could be better.
