It took six month to get my truck in to get fixed. They told me it would take a week to get it fixed and it took over two weeks. They called me on a Friday, but didn’t leave a message so I called on Monday and they said yeah it’s ready to pick up we called you on Friday. I told them they didn’t leave a message! She then said I could pick up after 2:30, but then had to check if the headlight was out in. Why wouldn’t she have checked that before she called on Friday or before she told me to pick up that Monday at 2:30.

Kustom Kreations and the entire team was more than amazing! Customer service here is top notch! Even though my own insurance, Allstate, gave me the worst experience. Kustom Kreations was able to work with me and explain different options for me and reassure me the car was going to look good! Kustom Kreations CARES about their customers and it shows!
