My only complaint is that one of the parts need to complete my repair wasn’t ordered on time, even though KK had 6 months to do so. Now I’m waiting for the part to come in and have to go back in, and wait more, to get my repair complete. Other than that the completed repair looks great.

The plastic tab on the tail light that was removed was broken in the process. It was reinstalled without the tab and left totally wobbly. There were rubbing marks on the left side of the car when I picked it up that I'm 99% sure weren't on the car when I dropped it off.

An unprotected razor blade was left on the front passenger seat and a spray bottle of cleaner was left in the cargo area which leaked all over it.
