I asked for a rearview mirror to be painted, but they've ordered a replacement one, which will be installed once it arrives. Paper work isn't clear on this change

I was told that the process was going to take 4 days to complete, and that Kustom had all my parts. It ultimately took 4 weeks to complete the job. I understand how things can get delayed, and Kustom was very diligent about keeping me informed about what was happening. They even went above and beyond for me and had my truck detailed inside and out. Overall, they did a great job.

It’s pretty, but they did not sand the whole panel just the small area that was hit so on my gas tank cover and up near my window where there was some clear coat peeling they just painted right over that and it looks tacky. It looks like paint is running.

The appraiser just walked around. The car took pictures. Said they would get an appraisal, came back and handed me a stack of papers. Even in communicating my confusion and lack of understanding all she would say is we need to schedule an appointment to fix it would you like to do that. She did not explain anything. I had pointed out the passenger door paint transfer as well as the major damage to the rear panel and they did not bother buffing out the passenger door. They said 2 to 3 days and they had my car for five days then it appears they did not bother sanding the area they painted Where past clearcoat was peeling and instead just painted over it so it looks like paint dripping as tacky as when people paint over bugs and food on the wall rather than cleaning it off first.
