I want to support local business but really hard after this repair

It would be higher if there wasn't broken or missing part on my truck when it was returned to me...and I wasn't lied to by the adjuster. There appeared to be no QA done before the return of the truck...no detail/wash done on it. (would have need missing broken parts)

There was hardly any communication, I was lied to many times...including when I asked to talk to a manager and was told he was not there, but I saw Matt walk across the property... and I was not listened to when I requested a call from the manager. There was no instruction pertaining to the washing/care of the new paint...nor the timing of removal of windshield tape. Things that should be disclosed when returning a vehicle to a customer.
