Their team did a great job communicating from start to finish, walking through with me what repairs would looks like at drop off, taking the time to explain how the process with insurance works, keeping me updated as the car went through each phase of the repair, and completing the job faster than expected. They also took great care with cleaning and waxing the car; we literally got it back looking like it was brand new. Thank you KW Auto Body for your amazing service.

Have not received delivery of our car because the car was damaged in the facility after we were told the car was ready for pick up and all repairs were completed Cannot get accurate account of the new damage or how this occurred Awaiting revised delivery date
