Appreciated the periodic updates by email. However, update said projected completion date was one week away, work 50% completed, so I filled the gas tank for rental car and next day you called to say car was ready for pickup! I had to give rental car a full tank of gas. If I had known you were closer to completion of work I would not have done that. Otherwise, very pleased with all aspects of dealing with you. My car looks beautiful! Like new again, it's only 7 months old. Thank you

I was a little disappointed when I found out that it'll take almost 3 weeks for my van to get fixed even though I know the reason why. But after seeing my van, I was so happy, it looks brand new... you guys did an awesome job. Malele is very professional and very patient every time I check on the progress of the repair ( I call a lot :) ) I felt like the text message status update is a little delayed so I'm not sure if a network glitch but overall I'm very satisfied with your work. And I'm already telling my coworkers to consider you if they are looking for auto body shop. Job well done guys and mahalo!
