It's too soon to answer to this questions. Since I'm not sure if the paint job will peel off or not. I still see some deep scratches on some part of the bumper.

This is the worst body shop experienced. This is the kind of work I expect from a mobile touch-up shop. Could have been done for $100

There is a lot of dust in the work. The bumper was not fully prepared before painting. I'm very embarrassed to have a newly painted bumper look so bad.

The employee at the desk was very personable and expressed concern. The manager, however, was arrogant and did not listen to the complaint. His last words were "We can't do this better". Also, when I first got the estimate, they said that they would call me back a few days later for an appointment. I had to call them 9 days later to set an appointment. I was also told that the wait was because of the bumper that needed to be shipped in. But apparently, they just used my old bumper.
