Thank you your shop the Best !!! I fought with progressive insurance to bring my Tacoma here. The lady in mainland try make me go to some sand island shop- I refused- my truck got hit while it was parked in May. Only now July it got fixed. I had to threaten a law suit to bring my Tacoma to KW- Progressive insurance suck I had to talk to 6 different adjusters - Progressive insurance suck- but KW always has great customer service and all workers very helpful- this why I fought to bring my Tacoma here:)

Very hard to do, but I did not feel like the in-person contact was authentic. It is easy to say a script and hardest the say it with conviction and meaning. I wouldn't take anything away from the staff, but would be happy to explain to them. I am a small business owner amd teach human relations to all of those in my orbit.
