My son's vehicle was hit early morning on LSU campus at his apartment at Nicholson Gateway. After being contacted by my son and LSU PD regarding the accident, I contacted State Farm regarding the claim. I set up an appointment with a Baton Rouge dealership, and I was scheduled for an 7am appointment 2 days later to bring in the vehicle. I made the 6 hour drive to Louisiana during the early morning so that I could have the vehicle at the dealership on time for 7am (the vehicle is in my name). When I arrived, I was informed that they didn't see that I had an appointment. They said that they saw the insurance claim in the system, but that someone failed to schedule the appointment. When I explained that I had just driven 6 hours for this appointment, I was informed that the soonest they could "fit" me in, was "in 3 weeks". I literally had to laugh and walk off"

After being contacted by my son and LSU PD regarding the accident, I contacted State Farm regarding the claim.
