They communicated with me, kept me updated on my car’s status. When I went to pick my car up, I was talked through all the repairs that were made. I was shown pictures of the damage and explained what needed to be done. My car is a 2026, only 2100 miles! I was nervous that it wouldn’t look as great as it did prior to being hit in the rear. No need to worry because it looked showroom ready when I picked it up! It looked detailed, that’s how clean it was inside and out! I appreciate that they were thorough with their inspection of my cars damage. It didn’t look like much until they got it on a lift and saw where the real damage had occurred. I would highly recommend NOLA Collision to everyone I know. They are also conveniently located near an Enterprise Rental site. I was able to leave my rental at NOLA and Enterprise would retrieve it. "
