You car rental department is very rude and you billed my insurance company for a clip that came loose and you claimed it as damage done by me. Totally false. Your representative was like a junk yard dog!! Also Nate Steck was rude following her lead. also i had my car in service for over a month and i picked it up when it was dark. The car had been sideswiped and not reported to me. I brought it back and Nate accused me of lying until he reviewed the security camera footage when i dropped it off which showed no damage. Im disgusted with you guys and would avoid doing business with you in the future.
