The repair quality is great, but the headlights were left unplugged and the led light bulbs were not transferred to the new headlights as previously requested when the car was dropped off

They did a great job fixing my car and detailed it beautifully everyone is very nice what I do have a problem with is this us the 2nd time I have used the collision shop in 2 years I take my car in they figure out what I need they submitted to insurance they say they will call me when my parts are in and they don't I end up calling them because I don't hear anything and in both cases my parts were in and Noone contacted me.

Everyone was very professional, very efficient and helpful. The woman in the front office, had me follow her to the other shop to retrieve items from my car. It was totaled out by State Farm. She was extremely nice and alot of help. I was very greatful. All in all, a good experience.
