Paint has dirt spots in it and all fasteners were not reinstalled

I asked to have missing fasteners mailed to me and nothing happened. I now purchased fasteners online after Lafontaine charged over $6000 for repair. Overall Travis was great but the paint & mechanics would be fired in my shop.

Good customer service. Only issue I had was when I picked up my car, the car still had a check engine light and a problem. The problem was fix and was able to keep my rental till car was fixed.

My tailgate cap piece wasnt snapped and glued on all the way at pickup. Char was great and took photo and agreed it had to be fixed. Just inconvenient to find time again to take car back to get it fixed. It’s more of a hassle.

Was never contacted by staff. I had to call for info. Almost never received return calls until I called manager to complain. Very poor service. No communication to tell me what was happening or keep me updated. Got most info from State Farm and then I'd call Lafontaine

Char was the LaFontaine body shop representative who assisted us. She was a pleasure to work with. She took care of everything such as handling the claim with the insurance, keeping us informed, and prompt in returning our phone calls.
