Both Travis and Crystal were top notch professionals. Sad to say, but you don’t often find people these days who can think of their feet, are personable, and get things handled quickly and efficiently like they did. It was a great experience.

Part of my mirror had a big scratch from the accident. I mentioned it when we were going over the damage and they told me they could “buff it out”. I knew they wouldn’t be able to because of how deep it was but I just think the guy didn’t want to redo the paperwork and work involved with it. It wasn’t fixed or buffed out when I got my car back.

This is completely nit picking but there was tape left on the driver side window and windshield that I still cannot get the residue off after peeling off the tape. There is also a black mark on the windshield that doesn’t seem to wash off that I need to further investigate. Body work looks great though.
