I was given an incredibly inaccurate time frame. The liaison (Eric) would not call me back. I was given inaccurate statements about my vehicle status. I was happy with how the alternate liaison (Aaron) helped me, he was able to satisfy my concerns and gave me peace of mind. I was very disappointed and there are now issues I didn’t have with my car that I am having to deal with. I would not recommend this service shop.
