The vehicle was fixed. They painted over the "allegedly rock chips" that is not part of the insurance claim. I reached out to them regarding these pits and they said nothing to do unless I pay again. When I picked up the vehicle they said to reach out to them for any issue and when I did, they said this. They didnt even reached out to me to discuss the issue and just called when the car is done. I could have pay more to get it fixed. Now my vehicle is beautifully painted with pimple pits that is hard to look. Like I said to them, my friends told me not to go here because of these issues but the insurance app have them and not my preferred bodyshop. This will be the last time I am going to that god awful customer service place.

Dan Althrop and team made the unjoyful process of collision repair enjoyable...they over delivered, communication was easy and they were prompt. At the end, I said how much I appreciated them followed by " I hope I never see them again! :)
