I was nervous sending our car to the shop after a horrible experience at a different place a few years back… and Lakewood did not disappoint. They were kind, let me know where they were in the repair process, any hold ups, etc. and they were done a day earlier than expected! We’d use them again if we ever need any body work done again! And the damaged area looks fantastic, can’t tell there was any damage in the first place. Highly recommend.

They were great. They kept be informed, let me know when parts were coming in and why it was going to take a bit longer. We are very happy with the repairs. Everyone was so nice and always answered my questions. We’d take our car back if ever needed!

very accommodating was never rude even tho i changed my appointment multiple times was very nice that there was an update website to check the progress on my car as well as text message updates and got my car fixed fast and even vacuumed it out for me very nice service
