Took too long to complete the work esp since there was an extra week to finish the work due to me being out of town. Parts could have been ordered during this time and the work should have been completed or near completion. It is too bad there was poor time management in getting the work finished by Aug 29 (originally promised to be done by Aug 15, then Aug 21). Car not ready until Sept 3.

I was satisfied with the work and service that was done.. I just did not have any notice that the car would be done early enough to make arrangements that day. I had to pay an extra day for the rental due to being notified in the afternoon the car was ready and I was at work till 6. A more timely notice would have not cost me in the rental car..
