The day I went to go pickup my car, I was calling the office to have a Lyft ordered for me but I couldn't get a hold of anyone in the office. I had been calling since 715am. I finally gave up and took a 40min city bus ride. I did mention this issue to the guy that helped me when I arrived. He told me the phone system was being updated or something. Which I guess happens but i think this should have been communicated somehow to customers voicemail greeting, on the website, etc.
