Repair ok. Communications poor. Repair took almost 3 weeks. Was told it would be a week unless a new camera was needed (it was not). And payment practices are obscene and were not communicated up front. I would have taken vehicle elsewhere if I knew of delays. I basically learned things only when I initiated the conversation.

Poor responsiveness dealing with release of the vehicle after final payments were made by the insurance company. I had to call the insurance company directly, have them send confirmation to me as verification, and make repeated calls in order to get my vehicle back in a timely manner.
