LaMettry's was recommended to me by family over going to Tesla for my repair. We will not be doing business again with LaMettry's and I would strongly recommend any Tesla owner go to Tesla instead for better service, communication, and professionalism.

The repair took 3 weeks due to multiple delays caused by LaMettry's team missing external repair (fender). Communication was also very unprofessional.

It was difficult to get updates via text or phone call from Jeff. It felt like he was avoiding updates and accountability. No resolution or empathy either. My car was returned with only 30% battery and a clearly rushed cleaning job.

this was a very minor job on a 2017 Tesla X. I’m not sure that I would trust with a larger repair based on my experience.

i’m still waiting some photos proving that the wheels had previous damage. They’re sitting at the location as we speak. The gentleman I worked with was very positive and friendly. We had blamed Tesla for parts not fitting correctly. Sounds like there’s nothing that could be done. I was told three weeks but to tell the insurance four weeks, it took more than double than that. I understand things are out of control. A realistic timeframe would’ve been nicer..
