3 wks for a parking lot ding: way too long. I was told on Thursday that the car was finished; told on Fri (at 2;00) that the paperwork was still not done & probably wouldn't be completed until Monday. Why couldn't it be completed B-4 Fri closing? When I called on Monday morning paperwork STILL not done. I drove over; saw my car in the work completed zone; went inside: PAPERWORK STILL NOT DONE!!! I went inside & had to wait 35 mins. to get my car.

Overall, Great job on repairs. Some minor scratches left on passengers side mirror mounting. Interior of car had shop dust residue that wiped up in 5 minutes. Honestly, great job. Over here not sweating the small stuff. Thanks guys
