I have been to Lametry's in the past and this most recent repair was unfortunately not to the original standard I had been used to in the past. Still good experience, but less so than previous experiences.

Ajay is a great person and I felt well supported. It, however, took many times over several days to initially get in touch with him after my vehicle had been dropped off to at the very least receive a status update on what was going on and where we were at in the process. Once communication was initiated, he was very responsive and I felt updated on where things sat in the repair process.
