The whole experience was very disappointing. 1.The verbal quote I was given was way of the actual quote received in writing. 2. Upon collecting my vehicle after 1 whole week, there was a new dent and the paint work was not up to par. 3. One of the areas that needed painting was not done either. 4. My vehicle had to stay another week to have this new dent repaired. 5. A total of 2 weeks in the shop for a minor scratch., very disappointing.
