The work that was done on the vehicle looks great after seeing it can’t even tell really good job. The communication through text messaging even if we were waiting on parts or anything. I wish there was a little bit more communication on or at least more frequently, especially since it took almost a month for my vehicle that was a small dent that needed a panel replacement. but I do know as well that there was some miscommunication between them and Toyota of getting parts in at least that’s what I was told. I was starting to be a little concerned due to the fact that I would need to file for an extension on my rental and I really didn’t want to be dealing with that but they did offer to pay for the extension if needed so that was really nice of them to do that if needed overall they did a great job. I would say as I said before I would say the communication I would’ve preferred a little bit better and more communication and maybe photos or something a little bit more information about what’s going on day-to-day almost there of what’s going on and what the process is and everything of the vehicle, especially when it goes for that long I felt like there were times that I felt like I was in the dark and wanted more information, but didn’t really get much.
