I have no problems with their work, they are extremely expensive. There were charges on the invoice for work I did not think was necessary to fix a small dent on the fender. I know insurance pays the invoice but, in the end, I am the final payee.

I called LaMettry’s regarding the payment, the receptionist told me no checks over $1,000 and a 2% fee on credit cards. I paid in cash, and they were surprised and confused how to manage that transaction. They did not have change for the amount I gave them. With all the confusion with the cash transaction the receptionist told me that they would waive the fee, rather confusing, since I inquired about payment requirements a couple of times.
