Front desk woman/ greeter seems uninterested, and after calling 3 times and getting a recording that said they were busy with other customers and would call be back I decided to have my son drop my car off and to talk to someone. When I arrived there wasn't anyone around so I wondered thru and found a man in his office. This was on Friday 13th at 4:00 when I stop by, I doubt anyone was going to call me back that day, &I thought you were open until 5:30...?

We had one miscommunication but the manager did a good job at addressing it. In hindsight I should not have been so complaining. I was dealing with the stress of picking up my dad’s car and felt stuck.
