There was a nick in the bumper when I picked up vehicle and that was not there when I dropped off vehicle as I took pictures prior to giving you vehicle.

While my encounters were good I felt there could have been more communication on when my car would be finished. Also, the payment process was extremely frustrating. I ended up having to pay credit card service fees. It wasn’t a lot of money but it was still annoying. Plus I could only write a check for $1000.
