The customer service at the onset and at pick-up was wonderful and the work itself was impeccable. LaMettry's even helped us with handling the overage with our rental as our insurance company was challenging why it took longer than the 30 days they allotted for the rental. We were a bit stressed about it, but Lee escalated the issue for us and Aaron stepped in with nothing but solutions and ensuring us all would be taken care of. It was so appreciated and couldn't be more grateful. Legit -- you're all top notch

We had a great experience with our adjuster, Cheryl - she was wonderful to work with and explained everything in great context. After we dropped off the vehicle, we did experience a bit of radio silence. It wasn't until Lee stepped in towards the end of the repair that everything turned around and we felt really in tune to progress and updates.
