Very disappointed with the lack of communication - was told on a Friday that my car would likely be done on Monday. Only when I called at 4 on Monday was told it wouldn’t be ready until Tuesday. This was after the initial thought of it taking 2-3 days and ended up taking over 5. And I know they call it an estimate for a reason but hard to argue that much time wasn’t spent on the initial quote ($500 and change) to final ($2500). I knew it wasn’t going to be $500 but seems the quote was half ass. My spouse needs body work on her car. Figured I’d use you guys but after my experience, I am not sure I’d use you again.
