Poor communication from Duane through the process. The work was incomplete and had to return to address a poor buffing job. Eric was very helpful in addressing the issues though.

I am totally satisfied with the workmanship - my car is in great working order just like before the accident - only reason not a 10 rating is I wish the communication back to me re. vehicle status was a bit more often.

Wonderful service, great consistency in communication with updates via text (my preference), and when I got my car back, it was sparkling clean! They even let me leave Enterprise’s rental car there and called the them for me to have it picked up. Even though my collision experience was horrible, LaMettry’s helped ease the stress.
