I would give it a 8/10 on Customer Experience . I would have expected proactive phone call when dates got pushed out for delivery explaining the reason and also proactively offering a walk through and review of the car - like a pre delivery walk through . Everything else went smooth .

Had a very positive experience. The people I dealt with were great and car looks beautiful! My only comment, and this is minor: it took a bit longer than anticipated. Was told for 2 weeks it would be ready April 10. It wasn’t ready until a few days later. This is a small complaint.

The paint and lines on the car are perfect. It's in the same condition before the crash, so thank you! They made updates so I could keep track of where the car was. I wish they included pictures so I could see exactly where the car was in the process. All in all, the vehicle looks great and they even aired out the smoke smell from the previous owner.
