Okay Lancaster collision repair the damage to my car promptly and efficiently and then coordination with State farm insurance my insurance company their work on the car was excellent left nothing to be desired a minor annoyance however was the charge of 3% to pay with my MasterCard debit card which is a violation of the merchant agreement with MasterCard

Just like previous experiences, these are the people I go to when life comes at me sideways and I need my car repaired. They made this whole process so much easier to get through. No one wants to be in an accident, but when I am I know I have two less worrries. Thank you LCC

Staff (guy) answered phones, cannot remember name , was very short and all but rude. And stated he would call and give update on vehicle and never did, had to call him/them to see the status of repair/work - when we picked up vehicle, he didn’t come outside and show us what was done? Make sure we were happy with repair? Nothing sat in chair and took money. Will not be using company again and we have used for 10 years, the customer service and kindness is just not there now. Very disappointed- if we could give negative we would have - very sad , as we like to use locally owned businesses to support Lancaster, SC BUT just can no longer support a business that seems to not care for the clients/customers that come to the business.

Again the customer service was not there - would give a negative if could - when called after I called them in regards to. He gave information and then I stated would speak to husband , he very rudely says well just continue with what I just told you. Just very short and not respectful.

Quick and kept me up to date on every change. I wasnt in charge of the expenses but they kept the insurance up to date on everything they did. They also had the rental car company updated to make sure I didnt go car-less
