From drop-off to pick-up, everything was so smooth. The receptionist was so nice and pleasant to work with. I appreciated the updates along the way via text. And bonus that I could drop off rental car with Caliber. If needed, this location will be my go-to for repair needs.

I liked the text updated. But maybe you can be a little more detailed on the updates. For example I got one on Sept 3 saying the completion of my car was moved up to Sept 3rd so I thought it was ready. Adding a second sentence saying . " We'll send another text later today when it's ready to be picked up." Would make it more clear.
