From the very beginning Marian made this experience very easy and reassuring. I expressed some concerns and she walked out to my car with me and listened to me. She explained what I could expect for a time line and told me that she would text updates of the progress. All that she said happened and my wife and I picked up our car today. The whole team did an excellent job and we were very impressed with the repairs.They were better than new if that is possible. My wife was extremely happy because she got her car back sooner than expected in pristine condition. Thank you Lancaster Collision for such a satisfying experience!
