Very pleased with the service and repair. My only complaint and this toward management . . .quit making the review rating so important that people basically request a 10, this is SO annoying. And employees do not get to the point of suggesting this on their own. Quit, just Quit grading them on it! It's ridiculous and it happens everywhere I go. I almost graded down just because it's so annoying. And it is Management fault not theirs. Thank you, that is all.
