I had hail work done here about a year ago and the service was fantastic. Everyone was proactive in calling me and keeping me updated, the work got done quickly, and was super quality. I specificly asked for Steve Landers again because of that experience. This time it was totally different. I feel like I had to babysit the staff through most of the process. I could rarely ever get the person I needed on the phone, noone at the desk seemed to know much about the status of my case, and it generally took me having to be a pest to move the process forward. The work was still great quality but I don't know if I'll come back again because of the poor service I got this time.

I have problems with Landers charging the insurance company for a new front door but used the old door. They never replaced the damaged door, they just repaired it.
