I picked up. My car was happy until I dried it off the next day and seeing that one of the parts needed to be replaced was not plus I see that trunk emblem is not centered. I’m about to call now about that. I have had work done in the past a couple years ago and I was 100% please at this time. I am not thank you

The bumper on my Rav4 was replaced, but the fit wasn’t as precise as the original — there were uneven gaps. When I pointed it out, I was told the other side had gaps too and that OEM parts were used, and the staff didn’t know what to advise. I also noticed a hair or something trapped under the new paint in the bottom right corner the next day; I hadn’t seen it at pickup, which was close to closing time. I don’t have the time to bring the car back right now, but if paint issues develop, I will use the lifetime warranty on workmanship and materials to have it addressed. On a positive note, the reception staff were very nice and professional. I hope workmanship continues to improve in the future and wish the best for the shop.
