They should NOT completely rely on a computer generated notification system. I was notified that my vehicle was ready,and traveled from out of state,only to find out parts were not in, nor had I been contacted by anyone from Landers McLarty Chevrolet. Second computer generated notification came again a week later,saying vehicle ready, not notified by anyone from Landers McLarty Chevrolet, I had to call myself to see if it was completely ready.
