Your new employee Jill in the body shop is the reason Landmark Ford just lost 3 17 year loyal customers. Having a employee who is completely incompetent calling screaming at a dying chemo patient who has nothing to do with my car is completely insane and unacceptable. No apology from her what so ever! Accusing someone of not paying when the payment was made and confirmed by the service department. Very poor hiring decision. My family will be going elsewhere for now on.

I am so blown away. You guys did a wonderful job !!! All the stress I was going through having my car broke into and damaged was wiped away when I seen my car repaired. It drives soooo much smoother, and it feels brand new. I swear if I was rich I would have tipped every person that helped repair my car and helped me with the process. Unfortunately I am not rich so thanking you guys and spreading the word on how wonderful the service is, is what I will be doing definitely. Thank you thank you

Rob was very pleasant and easy to work with. Even better when I picked up my car there was still a sticky note on the dash that said “hand-wash only and be meticulous.” The extra effort was very much appreciated.

Great group of people, everything from beginning to end went smooth. The team took care of everything with insurance so I didn't have to deal with the stress. Got my truck back in time promised, hopefully I won't need to go to the body shop ever again, but if I do will definitely bring it there. Thanks guys for everything.
