It was pretty seamless. Took it in for a quote, parts were ordered, they called when they had the parts and they were ready for the car, promised it back in 2 weeks, we rented a car there, and the car was done early. Repair looks great, the mechanical and electrical issues all resolved! Thank you so much!😊

Our experience working with Landmark Ford Body Shop was wonderful!! Everyone was very helpful in guiding us through the process, answering any questions we had along the way and keeping us informed as to the progress as they worked on getting our F-150 repaired. Kelly & Cayln, and another employee who’s name I don’t remember (he greeted us when dropping off the truck, and provided us with information as to the process) made the whole experience on our part very easy & smooth, though not so easy on their end I’m sure. And while our vehicle was there, they even had the oil change service done in their Service Department. Our F-150 looks brand new thanks to everyone’s hard work!
