The body shop kept me updated on the repairs. Gave me a print out of all the parts that were needed and the cost. The car was ready when they said it would be. They assured me that if I had any issues…bring it back and they will fix it!

It may have taken a few return visits to get everything done, but in the end it WAS done correctly. I believe in those who acknowledge issues and then get them corrected, rather than make excuses. John has high integrity, and that means everything to me.

The owner (John) told me that The job was not complete UNTIL I was satisfied with the repairs. I discovered several issues after the initial return of my car that I went back several times for. They did not make excuses, nor try to brush off my concerns. They FIXED them all. That tells me that John has integrity, he makes sure his team understands and respects that, and they get the job done correctly, no matter how many times it may take.
