I was told my car would be ready a specific day and it took longer. After picking it up i noticed it wasnt actually ready since there was a weird noise coming from the passenger side and i had to bring it back leaving me with out a car for two extra days after i was also told they would fix it the following day and it would only take two hrs to get it done. The gentlemen who assisted at the time seemed like he had no idea of what he was doing or what was going on each time i spoke with him. Overall false promisses and lack of comunication this creates lack of trust from a customers perspective. Thank You

My 2019 Kia Sportage sustained damage in a parking garage when struck in the rear passenger side corner dislodging the bumper, showing the cracked turn signal through the bumper, and with a dent and a scrape on the side of the car near the rear. It seemed drivable so I drove it 3 miles to home, called my insurance agent, and on a list of State Farm-approved body repair shops Lee’s Body Shop was listed. I drove there the next day and immediately Jose came out to inspect, photo, and estimate the repair cost. They worked things out with my insurance company for full repair coverage and on a Friday Lee’s Body Shop called to schedule my repair for Monday, estimating it might take a week. I dropped it off Monday and they provided me with a link to a website where they would post repair info and update. Sure enough they did, and on Friday I was told my car would be ready for pickup Saturday morning, at which time I arrived and it was ready. Jose was there and he and I went over the car and I was very happy that it looked as good as new. I’ve waited a few days to write this review, just in case in those days I found any flaws or sensor issues but I have found none, and so I am writing this and giving Lee’s Body Shop my highest recommendation. Thank you for the superb repair job and the excellent communications about the estimate, repair schedule, and updates during the week. And for a congenial, helpful staff in the shop and in the office. Thank you!!

Lee Body Shop did a fantastic job fixing my car!!!! They do beautiful work and at such a good price. They were also great with communication and worked seamlessly with the rental car company. I am overjoyed with how awesome my car looks - appreciate you guys!
