Respectful and professional, just gaps in what I was communicated from different people. There can be some improvements in communication. I was informed it would be a week so anticipated 5 days and then was told it should be ready by the 7th, maybe 8th day. On the 8th day after not hearing any update, also not seeing any updates in the dashboard they send out for tracking, I called and was told that a part came broken and since they needed to reorder so it would be done the next day. Which I didn’t get it until the end of their day, 4pm. Making it 9 days total. Inconvenience when you have no other car, and are trying to make plans around the schedule you were informed. Communication is key and can hinder an experience from being excellent, regardless of the final job completed. Wasn’t severe enough that I would ever come back but that can be improved. Otherwise, satisfied.

From the moment I entered the office, I was greeted by Erin who was fantastic. I explained this was my first accident in 54 yrs. of driving. She was exceptionally professional and empathetic. She explained the steps that would be taken and called Enterprise to pick me up to obtain the rental. I was kept informed continually throughout the process. I picked the car up this morning and am extremely impressed with the quality of work. I would totally recommend them for any work that needed to be done.
