Couldn’t give a time estimate of repair, went through the hassle of getting a rental etc & it was literally done with in a few hours. They replaced my broken window with a tinted window. Now I have a plain window (original) and tinted window (new). A little frustrating they didn’t replace with the correct one. At time of pickup it was hard to tell with the sun shining so bright, but noticed it later that day.

I especially appreciate the the regular progress updates and overall clear communication. Even seemingly little things, such as a message confirming receipt of a document I submitted via email. Unfortunately this is the third time I've needed Lee's services, but each time has been a pleasure.
