The issue I had was unresolved and the question I asked went unanswered. When I received the estimate, I asked for an explanation why a part I thought was damaged in the accident wasn't on the repair list. I asked how much if I was to pay out of pocket but this question became a problem because then the individual thought that I was looking for that option. I just wanted information in case the insurance company gave me trouble about replacing the part because it had pre-existing damage. I never heard anything back and received the car back after 2.5 weeks with no communication.
