Dear Lee’s Automotive, I am very disappointed with the service I received from your company. First, one of your employees told me that the bumper would never need to be pulled off to repair the damage. However, I was later told that my vehicle had been damaged while it was at your shop. Your company promised that the damage would be repaired, and you kept my car for five days. What is especially frustrating is that no one contacted me to let me know when the vehicle was ready. I had to call and ask whether my car was finished, and I was told that it was complete. I know your facility has CCTV cameras. Please review the security footage from when we first dropped off the vehicle and compare the condition of the car at that time with its condition when it was returned. I expect this matter to be taken seriously and for the damage to be properly addressed. Please let me know what you find after reviewing the footage and how you plan to resolve this issue.
